A Month of Gifts: Day Four

Lately, I have been reading Ann Voskamp's One Thousand Gifts. As Kieran enters the last month of his first year, I decided to list some of the gifts we have celebrated since that wonderful March day as a sort of countdown to his very first birthday:

12.  Seeing our baby surrounded by family:  six grandparents, two uncles, two aunts, three great-grandmothers (one not shown), and one great-grandfather.

I know you can't see it, but the first photo is his birth weight:  8 pounds, 2 ounces.

13.  Watching Kieran grow and grow and grow. Praising God every chance I get for a strong, healthy baby with a curiosity for life.

14.  Big. Blue. Eyes.
